We have a standard delivery charge regardless of how many items you purchase
UK first class postage is £3.00
International postage is £4.50
Postage with insurance and tracking is available and is recommended for higher value pieces

All orders are dealt with as speedily as possible. Items which are in stock are usually dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received. Please let me know If you require your order urgently as it may be possible to dispatch your order the same day.

Specially commissioned items are dealt with on a individual basis.

All pieces of jewellery are presented in a gift box and organza bag.

Returns

I am sure that you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery. Please check the items upon delivery and contact me upon receipt, in the unlikely event of damage.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days (EU 9 days and US 14 days), unworn, as received complete with all packaging and proof of purchase. I will be happy to offer an exchange, credit note or a full refund, not including the cost of the return P&P. Due to hygiene reasons Under UK Health and Safety law earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Please contact me prior to returning an item with details of the problem. It is very important to me that you are 100% happy with your order, if you are not for any reason please allow me to rectify the situation.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. Your information will not be shared with anyone else.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
